To reserve the property, complete the checkout form and pay the $99 Down Payment and $199 Document Fee ($298 total) to reserve the parcel. Through the checkout process you will also be able to electronically sign the agreement as well as let me know what your preferred method of monthly payments will be (Auto-debit by checking account, credit or debit card, Monthly email invoices you can manually pay or check/money order by mail.)Set Up Payments
Your first monthly payment will be on the 15th of the next month. Between now and then, you will be contacted by email to arrange your monthly payment details.Be a Florida Landowner!
Once the property is paid in full (you can pay off early with no penalty), we will close on the property and you will receive the deed.
